Town of Woodfin Park and Greenway Bond
Woodfin residents will have the opportunity to vote on the Park and Greenway Bond on the November ballot.
In recognition of the need for enhanced pedestrian and recreational access across the Town of Woodfin, the Board of Alderman undertook the development of a Greenways, Sidewalks, and Bikeways Master Plan in 2009 and formally adopted the plan in 2010.
The bond is slated to address Phase I of the Woodfin greenway as well as a new park. This is an investment along Woodfin’s extensive riverfront to help improve conditions for citizens and businesses and improve the overall quality of life for citizens.
