The following changes to our bylaws are being proposed and will be voted upon at our annual meeting on January 27th, 20121 at 5:30 pm:

Under “ARTICLE IV – OFFICERS AND BOARD” we are proposing to change item #3 from “Board members are eligible to serve a maximum of three two-year terms.” to “Board members are eligible to serve a maximum of four two-year terms.”
