Connect Buncombe and Friends of the Fonta Flora State Trail invite you to join us:
Oct 23, 9:00 am Hike & Learn Asheville – Park in the free parking lot under the 240 overpass near the Smoky Park Supper Club (350 Riverside Dr #3141, Asheville, NC 28801). We will gather in the parking lot and learn about Connect Buncombe and get an update from Lucy Crown, the Greenway Planner for the City of Asheville. We will then walk 2 miles along the Wilma Dykeman Greenway to the Fonta Flora State Trail terminus. Next, we turn back to our parking and decide on where we would like to lunch/brunch together. Extra Parking – 162 Craven St, Asheville, NC 28806 – parking lot across the Craven Street bridge, next to New Belgium.
