Please join us in the Asheville Chamber of Commerce / Lenoir-Rhyne University board room from 6-8 p.m. Refreshments and conversation begin at 6:00; the program and presentations start at 6:30.
- Meet and have fun with greenways and trails advocates
- Learn about Connect Buncombe’s accomplishments in 2019 and plans for 2020
- Hear about plans for a regional trail in our area – the Hellbender Trail.
Our guest speaker is Tristan Winkler, Director of the French Broad River Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), who has been leading the planning for the regional trail. It will help to connect the trails and support the work being led by local governments in our region.
